Meta Platforms announced a multi‑year, multi‑generational partnership with NVIDIA to build and accelerate its AI data‑center infrastructure at global scale. The agreement will deploy millions of NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and networking hardware across Meta’s hyperscale data centers, supporting AI training and inference workloads.

The deal is estimated at approximately $50 B, a significant win for NVIDIA given Meta’s status as one of the largest AI infrastructure spenders. The partnership will secure recurring revenue for NVIDIA over several years and deepen its presence in the AI ecosystem.

The partnership includes current Blackwell GPUs and the upcoming Rubin generation, as well as NVIDIA’s Grace and Vera CPUs, which Meta will use to improve performance‑per‑watt and power its new $10 B “Hyperion” AI data center in Louisiana. Meta’s 2026 capital‑expenditure guidance of $115‑$135 B reflects the scale of this investment, nearly double the $72 B spent in 2025.

"No one deploys AI at Meta's scale — integrating frontier research with industrial‑scale infrastructure to power the world's largest personalization and recommendation systems for billions of users," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. "Through deep codesign across CPUs, GPUs, networking and software, we are bringing the full NVIDIA platform to Meta's researchers and engineers as they build the foundation for the next AI frontier."

"We're excited to expand our partnership with NVIDIA to build leading‑edge clusters using their Vera Rubin platform to deliver personal superintelligence to everyone in the world," said Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Meta.

The announcement came as NVIDIA is set to report its Q4 FY2026 earnings on February 25, 2026, where analysts expect revenue of $65.56 B and EPS of $1.52. The partnership is expected to contribute to NVIDIA’s recurring revenue stream and support its long‑term growth trajectory.

The announcement was positively received by investors, reflecting confidence in the long‑term benefits of the partnership.
