NextPlat Corp and HealthWarehouse.com announced a partnership that will extend NextPlat’s PharmcoRx division beyond its Florida base to provide nationwide prescription and over‑the‑counter fulfillment across all 50 U.S. states. The deal taps HealthWarehouse’s licensed, NABP‑accredited digital pharmacy platform and its existing national fulfillment network, allowing NextPlat to scale its operations without building a new infrastructure from scratch.

HealthWarehouse has operated as an online pharmacy since 2007, holds licenses in every state, and serves a growing B2B segment that includes telehealth providers. In the first quarter of 2025 the company reported net sales of $15.0 million, a 194% increase from the prior year, driven largely by partner services. NextPlat’s PharmcoRx division, which had projected $55 million in 2025 revenue—over 70% of which was expected to come from Florida—will now be able to reach customers nationwide, potentially unlocking new revenue streams and improving economies of scale.

The partnership aligns with NextPlat’s broader strategy of expanding its healthcare and technology offerings through e‑commerce and retail channels.
