Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) announced that its subsidiary 4M Defense has been awarded a $10 million contract as part of a $50 million de‑mining program linked to the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s $1.7 billion Eastern Border Security Barrier initiative.
The award will see 4M Defense deploy its AI‑enabled land‑intelligence platform, which combines autonomous ground robots, aerial drones and advanced sensing technologies to clear hazardous areas along Israel’s eastern frontier. The platform’s integrated data collection and analysis capabilities are designed to accelerate clearance operations while reducing risk to personnel.
This contract follows a $15.8 million order for a $30 million Syrian Border Demining Program, bringing 4M Defense’s active tender value to roughly $80 million. The cumulative value of these programs underscores the growing demand for autonomous de‑mining solutions and provides Ondas with a clear revenue pipeline for the coming years.
Ondas completed the acquisition of 4M Defense in March 2026, after announcing a controlling‑interest agreement in October 2025. The integration of 4M Defense’s technology into Ondas’ autonomous systems portfolio aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its presence in high‑value defense contracts and to leverage its AI capabilities across multiple market segments.
Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas, noted that the two active land‑clearing programs together represent approximately $80 million in aggregate value and provide “near‑term revenue visibility and the potential to grow into larger, long‑duration engagements.” Co‑CEO Oshri Lugassy added that the contracts “validate our ability to execute at scale and reinforce the role of 4M Defense within the broader Ondas platform.”
The announcement was well received by investors, reflecting confidence in Ondas’ ability to secure sizable defense contracts and to monetize its autonomous systems expertise.
