OneMedNet Corporation reported a 111% increase in total revenue for 2025, reaching $1.36 million compared with $0.62 million in 2024. The jump was driven by a 329% year‑over‑year rise in real‑world data (RWD) revenue, which climbed to $1.254 million from $292,000. The company’s iRWD platform, powered by Palantir Foundry, enabled the launch of a conversational search feature that allows real‑time queries across its expanding network of more than 2,130 healthcare sites.

Net loss for the year improved to $2.8 million from $10.13 million in 2024, reflecting stronger top‑line growth and some cost discipline. However, the company still posted a gross loss of $0.503 million, largely because the cost of revenue rose with higher data curation and hosting activity. The gross loss highlights the ongoing investment required to scale the platform and maintain data quality as the provider network expands.

OneMedNet’s balance sheet strengthened markedly, with total liabilities falling 74% from $19.7 million at the end of 2024 to $5.1 million in 2025. The reduction was driven by the decommissioning of the BEAM platform and the elimination of related expenses. Shareholder deficit improved from $(16.0) million to $(3.0) million, underscoring the company’s progress toward a healthier capital structure.

Management emphasized the strategic shift toward a subscription‑based model. "Our 2025 performance marks a pivotal turning point for OneMedNet," said Aaron Green, CEO and President. "Our subscription model is now gaining significant momentum," he added. The company’s focus on the RWD market, which is projected to exceed $7 billion annually, positions it to capture a growing share of AI‑driven healthcare solutions.

The partnership with Palantir further bolstered OneMedNet’s capabilities. "We're proud to provide the AI infrastructure for OneMedNet to accelerate the delivery of transformative healthcare solutions that will ultimately improve patient outcomes," said Drew Goldstein, Co‑Head of Healthcare at Palantir. "Palantir's AIP helps us revolutionize our ability to deliver high‑quality, regulatory‑compliant data at remarkable speed. This positions us to power breakthroughs in clinical research and AI‑driven healthcare solutions," Green added. These statements underscore the company’s confidence in its technology platform and its potential to drive future growth.
