UiPath announced an expansion of its partnership with Deloitte, launching a new Agentic ERP offering that embeds UiPath’s agentic automation capabilities into Deloitte’s enterprise solutions.

The move marks a strategic pivot for UiPath from traditional robotic process automation to a comprehensive agentic platform. By partnering with Deloitte, a leading consulting firm with a vast enterprise client base, UiPath aims to accelerate adoption of autonomous AI agents across core ERP processes such as Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Lead to Cash.

Agentic ERP combines UiPath’s Maestro orchestration engine with its Agent Builder AI agents, allowing customers to bring their own large language models while benefiting from UiPath’s AI Trust Layer for governance. The platform is designed to modernize ERP workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver end‑to‑end visibility and control.

The partnership positions UiPath to deepen its presence in the enterprise automation market and strengthen its competitive moat against rivals such as Microsoft and Pegasystems. It also signals UiPath’s commitment to monetizing agentic AI through practical, scalable solutions that can be deployed across large organizations.

UiPath’s Q4 fiscal 2026 results, released on March 11, showed revenue of $481 million, up 14% year‑over‑year, and annual recurring revenue of $1.853 billion, up 11% year‑over‑year. The company reported GAAP net income of $104.5 million and an EPS beat of $0.24, driven by disciplined cost management and a favorable mix of high‑margin AI platform contracts.

Daniel Dines, UiPath’s founder and CEO, said the company is building an execution layer that combines deterministic automation, agentic AI, and enterprise‑grade orchestration to help customers run mission‑critical processes at scale. Hitesh Ramani, Chief Accounting Officer, added that the partnership will help enterprises move from assisted automation to intelligent workflow orchestration, unlocking efficiency and strategic capacity.

Jerry Hoberman, SAP Offering Leader at Deloitte, noted that Agentic ERP provides a practical path to scale AI safely, offering model‑agnostic intelligence, effective end‑to‑end orchestration, and governance by design. Investors have expressed caution, citing concerns about sequential growth deceleration and the uncertainty surrounding the monetization of agentic AI.

Overall, the alliance underscores UiPath’s strategic shift toward agentic automation and its ambition to become the execution layer for AI in the enterprise. The long‑term impact will depend on how quickly large organizations adopt the new offering and how effectively UiPath can translate agentic capabilities into recurring revenue.
