The contract adds a recurring revenue stream to Palladyne’s defense portfolio, representing roughly 23% of its trailing‑12‑month revenue of $4.35 million as of September 30 2025 and about 13% of its 2024 revenue of $7.78 million. This underscores the company’s strategy to embed AI and precision‑manufactured parts into long‑life‑cycle weapons systems.
The win aligns with Palladyne’s recent guidance upgrade to $24 million–$27 million for 2026, driven by acquisitions and expanding contract demand.
