Palantir Technologies and Cognizant announced a partnership to integrate Palantir’s Foundry platform and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) into Cognizant’s TriZetto healthcare suite, aiming to accelerate AI‑driven modernization across U.S. healthcare and enterprise operations.

Palantir’s Q4 2025 results showed revenue of $1.40 billion, up 70% year‑over‑year, driven by a 137% jump in U.S. commercial revenue and a 66% rise in U.S. government revenue. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.25 beat estimates by $0.04, reflecting strong demand for AIP and disciplined cost management.

The revenue surge was largely powered by the U.S. commercial segment, where new AI‑enabled contracts and data‑center deployments lifted revenue to $1.02 billion, while the government segment grew 66% to $0.48 billion. Operating income rose to $575 million from $11 million in Q4 2024, a result of higher margin mix and scale, offsetting modest increases in support costs.

Management raised full‑year 2026 revenue guidance to $7.18 billion–$7.20 billion from $6.90 billion–$6.95 billion, and adjusted operating income guidance to $2.30 billion–$2.32 billion, signaling confidence in continued AI adoption and cost discipline.

Investors reacted cautiously, citing Palantir’s high valuation and recent insider selling, which tempered enthusiasm for the partnership and earnings. The partnership is expected to broaden Palantir’s customer base in the regulated healthcare market and provide Cognizant with advanced AI capabilities for its TriZetto platform.

"This partnership reflects our commitment to using frontier technologies to deliver value for our clients," said Surya Gummadi, President of Cognizant Americas. "By combining Palantir’s AI platform with our industry expertise, we are strengthening our ability to modernize mission‑critical platforms and create new opportunities for enterprise‑grade solutions." Palantir’s Eric Lakin added, "Bringing AIP to TriZetto will embed AI into core workflows, transforming enterprises from the ground up."
