Palantir Technologies and Nvidia announced a partnership to deliver a sovereign AI operating‑system reference architecture (AIOS‑RA). The solution bundles Palantir’s Foundry, Apollo, Rubix, AIP, and AIP Hub with Nvidia’s Blackwell Ultra GPUs and Spectrum‑X Ethernet networking, creating a turnkey AI data‑center stack that can be deployed on‑premise, at the edge, or in sovereign cloud environments.

The partnership targets the sovereign AI market, which is projected to grow from roughly $150 billion in 2025 to $600 billion by 2030. By combining Palantir’s ontology‑based data integration and AI orchestration with Nvidia’s high‑performance hardware, the two companies aim to capture a substantial share of this expanding segment and provide governments and large enterprises with a hardware‑agnostic, production‑ready platform.

Palantir’s recent financial performance underscores the strategic timing of the deal. In Q4 2024 the company generated $828 million in revenue, a 36% year‑over‑year increase, and in Q4 2025 revenue rose to $1.407 billion, a 70% jump. Nvidia’s fiscal 2026 fourth quarter, ending January 25, reported $68 billion in revenue, up 73% year‑over‑year. Palantir’s U.S. commercial revenue reached $507 million in Q4 2025, up 137% from the prior year, highlighting strong demand in its core segments. The partnership positions Palantir to expand beyond its traditional defense and commercial AI services into a new, high‑growth market segment.

Akshay Krishnaswamy, Palantir’s Chief Architect, said: "From our first deployment with the United States government and in every deployment since, our software has had to meet the moment in the most complex and sensitive environments where customers must maintain control. Together with NVIDIA — and building on many customers' existing investments — we are proud to deliver a fully integrated AI operating system that is optimized for NVIDIA accelerated compute infrastructure and enables customers to realize the promise of on‑premise, edge, and sovereign cloud deployments." Justin Boitano, Vice President of Enterprise AI Platforms at Nvidia, added: "AI is redefining the infrastructure stack — demanding, latency‑sensitive and data‑sovereign environments require a full‑stack architecture — built from silicon to systems to software. By combining Palantir's sovereign AI OS reference architecture with NVIDIA AI infrastructure, industries and nations can turn data into intelligence with speed, efficiency, and trust."

The AIOS‑RA integrates Palantir’s software suite with Nvidia’s Blackwell Ultra GPUs, which deliver high‑performance AI compute, and Spectrum‑X Ethernet networking, optimized for low‑latency, high‑bandwidth data center traffic. The reference architecture is designed to be production‑ready, allowing customers to accelerate deployment timelines and reduce integration complexity while maintaining strict data sovereignty controls.

By entering the sovereign AI market, Palantir and Nvidia are positioning themselves at the intersection of national security, data privacy, and advanced AI capabilities. The partnership not only expands Palantir’s product portfolio but also leverages Nvidia’s leading hardware to offer a comprehensive, scalable solution that can meet the growing demand for localized AI deployments across governments and large enterprises.
