Quad/Graphics announced that its media agency Rise has been named media agency of record for The Gorilla Glue Company, a nationwide manufacturer of adhesive products. The win follows Gorilla Glue’s earlier selection of Quad’s creative arm, Betty, for its 2025 creative work, and brings the two agencies together to streamline media planning, buying and measurement for the brand.
The partnership expands Quad’s client portfolio in the consumer‑packaged goods sector and reinforces its strategy of integrating creative, production and media services under one umbrella. By securing both creative and media for a CPG brand, Quad positions itself to deliver end‑to‑end marketing solutions that align with its broader goal of making integrated solutions account for 78% of net sales by 2028.
Quad’s Q4 and full‑year 2025 results, released two days earlier, showed a 9.4% decline in net sales compared with 2024, but a turnaround in profitability. Net earnings rose to $27 million, or $0.54 diluted EPS, from a $51 million loss, or $1.07 diluted loss per share, in 2024. Adjusted diluted EPS increased 19% to $1.01 in 2025 from $0.85 in 2024. The decline in sales was driven by lower paper sales, reduced print volumes and lower logistics sales, while investments in innovative offerings and the divestiture of European operations offset the impact of lower net sales and increased costs.
Chairman and CEO Joel Quadracci highlighted the company’s integrated marketing platform as a competitive advantage, noting that it is designed to help brands 'strategize, plan, create, deploy, measure, and optimize' campaigns across physical and digital channels through its MX Solutions Suite. He also emphasized that the integration of creative, production and media capabilities reduces client friction and improves marketing ROI.
Randy Limes, Vice President of Global Digital Marketing & Media Strategy at The Gorilla Glue Company, said, 'Rise stood out for its ability to bring rigor, accountability and clear measurement to our media approach, helping us connect more effectively with DIYers, professionals and everyone in between, while driving real business impact for the Gorilla Glue and O'Keeffe's brands.'
The win signals Quad’s continued shift toward a marketing experience model and its ability to win integrated assignments from major CPG brands. It also demonstrates the company’s capacity to leverage data and AI‑powered platforms to deliver targeted audience insights and measurement, reinforcing its competitive position in a market where integrated solutions are increasingly valued.
