LiveRamp Holdings announced a strategic partnership with Scowtt, an AI‑powered advertising optimization platform, that will embed Scowtt’s predictive AI models directly into LiveRamp’s data collaboration platform. The integration allows LiveRamp customers to activate real‑time optimization scores based on first‑party CRM data without adopting a separate tool, and it enables the use of third‑party intent signals to enhance the models for customers with limited CRM data.
The deal positions LiveRamp to offer end‑to‑end data‑to‑performance solutions and creates a new high‑margin revenue stream. By combining LiveRamp’s deterministic identity capabilities with Scowtt’s conversion‑value models, the partnership delivers a unified approach to audience targeting and campaign performance measurement that is expected to differentiate LiveRamp from competitors in the AI‑driven advertising optimization space.
LiveRamp reported Q3 FY26 revenue of $212 million, up 9% year‑over‑year, and an adjusted EPS of $0.76, beating consensus estimates of $0.69 by $0.07. The earnings beat reflects strong demand for LiveRamp’s core data‑activation services and effective cost control, while the revenue growth was driven by continued adoption of its data‑collaboration platform across enterprise customers.
The company also announced a $200 million expansion of its share‑repurchase program, bringing the total authorization to $1.5 billion and extending it through December 31 2027. In the same period, Benchmark raised its price target to $40 from $38, and Wells Fargo increased its target to $38, signaling confidence in LiveRamp’s AI strategy and financial outlook.
"Scowtt’s mission to use AI to help advertisers unlock the potential of their CRM data aligns perfectly with LiveRamp’s focus on using data collaboration to supercharge the benefits of data," said Eduardo Indacochea, CEO and founder of Scowtt. "LiveRamp is the first to combine the power of data collaboration with Scowtt’s CRM‑driven prediction and proprietary conversion value models, creating a new way to deliver better optimization for marketers, where clients are seeing 40%+ improvement in ROAS by leveraging data in a way that was never possible before."
"LiveRamp is committed to helping our customers access AI tools through its platform and partner network," said Dave Eisenberg, Chief Strategy Officer at LiveRamp. "Our customers can be assured they’re maximizing media performance via Scowtt’s proven AI models, built by experts that know the major platforms inside and out."
