Erayak Power Solution Group Inc. announced a strategic pivot toward high‑capacity, mission‑critical power solutions designed to support the growing North American AI infrastructure market, and it will accelerate development of next‑generation inverter‑generator platforms that combine backup power with integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) functionality.

The company highlighted the expansion of its Ruike Electronics facility in Wenzhou, China. More than half of the main structural framework is complete, and the site is expected to be operational in the second half of 2026. The new plant will serve as the production hub for the high‑capacity platforms and UPS‑integrated power stations that Erayak plans to showcase at the 2026 National Hardware Show, scheduled for March 31 to April 2.

"We are evolving Erayak to be a critical link in the AI power chain," said Lingyi Kong, Chairman and CEO. "By integrating diesel resources and advancing our UPS‑capable inverter technology, we are filling a unique niche: providing the reliable, high‑output, and stable electricity that high‑performance computing and smart infrastructure demand." The CEO emphasized that the shift reflects a broader industry move from simple backup power to total energy resilience, driven by extreme weather events and the need for reliable power for data centers and smart infrastructure.

While the company faces significant debt burden and rapid cash burn, investors reacted negatively to the announcement. The strategic pivot is intended to address the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market, positioning Erayak as a critical component of the distributed power grid for high‑performance computing and smart infrastructure.

The high‑capacity AI power solutions market is expected to grow substantially, with data‑center and cloud‑based AI deployments driving demand for reliable, high‑output power. Erayak’s focus on UPS‑integrated inverter‑generator platforms aims to provide zero‑latency power transitions for sensitive hardware, a key differentiator in the market.

Erayak will demonstrate its new platforms at the National Hardware Show in early April, and its U.S. subsidiary, Nexora Group Inc., established in October 2025, will support sales, marketing, and logistics in North America, further strengthening its market presence.
