GE HealthCare has expanded its partnership with RadNet’s DeepHealth subsidiary, extending the use of DeepHealth’s AI‑powered breast cancer screening solutions across GE’s global imaging portfolio. The expanded collaboration builds on a joint initiative first announced in 2024 and now allows GE to deploy DeepHealth’s advanced mammography AI tools in both existing and new imaging centers worldwide, broadening patient access to the technology.
The expansion gives GE a worldwide distribution channel for DeepHealth’s Breast Suite, a modular AI platform that includes ProFound Pro for cancer detection and automated density assessment, Safeguard Review for prioritizing complex cases, and risk‑assessment tools. By leveraging GE’s global reach, the partnership will bring the suite to providers outside the United States, accelerating adoption of AI‑enhanced screening in international markets.
RadNet’s Digital Health segment has been a key driver of the company’s growth. In 2025 the segment generated $92.7 million in revenue, up 41.1% year‑over‑year, and $27.9 million in the fourth quarter, a 48.2% increase. RadNet has set a target of approaching or exceeding $140 million in annual recurring revenue for Digital Health in 2026, and the expanded partnership with GE is positioned to be a major contributor to that goal.
GE HealthCare’s AI strategy is underpinned by a $3 billion investment in research and development since 2022 and a focus on integrating AI into its imaging platforms. The partnership strengthens GE’s position in the rapidly growing radiology AI market, projected to reach $2.27 billion by 2030 with a 24.5% CAGR. By adding DeepHealth’s proven breast‑cancer detection capabilities to its Senographe Pristina™ mammography system, GE is expanding its portfolio of AI‑enabled solutions and reinforcing its leadership in women’s health imaging.
DeepHealth’s Breast Suite has demonstrated a 21% increase in breast cancer detection rates in a real‑world analysis of over 579,000 women, with consistent benefits across diverse populations, including those with dense breasts and Black women. The suite’s AI algorithms improve diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency, supporting clinicians in early cancer detection and personalized care.
"At GE HealthCare, we’re advancing women’s health through precision care built around the unique needs of women and enhanced by the power of AI. By integrating Breast Suite AI with our Pristina Via™ mammography system, we’re helping clinicians detect breast cancer early with greater confidence. These innovations move us closer towards truly personalized prevention and care for women," said Jyoti Gupta, PhD, President and CEO, Women’s Health and X‑ray at GE HealthCare. "At DeepHealth, we are committed to bringing the next era of AI‑powered health informatics to help stage‑shift disease. Through our expanded collaboration with GE HealthCare, we are bringing the power of our new Breast Suite to providers around the world to enable early cancer detection, deeper clinical insights, and more confident decisions. Together we are pushing the boundaries of what mammography can deliver, not only for breast cancer screening but for women’s health more broadly," added Niccolo Stefani, MD, Business Leader Population Health & Clinical AI, DeepHealth.
