RadNet’s wholly owned subsidiary, DeepHealth, announced on February 26, 2026 that its TechLive remote imaging platform has received CE marking, the regulatory certification required to market the product in the European Economic Area. The approval enables the company to offer TechLive’s vendor‑agnostic, multimodality remote scanning solution—capable of overseeing MRI, CT, PET/CT and ultrasound—to hospitals and imaging centers across Europe, expanding the company’s Digital Health footprint beyond the United States.
TechLive has already been deployed across more than 400 scanners within RadNet’s U.S. network, delivering a 42% reduction in MR room‑closure hours and a 27% increase in access to complex procedures. The CE mark now allows those efficiencies to be replicated in European markets, giving RadNet a first‑mover advantage in the growing remote‑scanning space and a new revenue stream from third‑party customers. The platform’s vendor‑agnostic design and multimodality support position it to address the critical staff shortages that are straining capacity in many European markets.
The platform is also listed in AWS Marketplace, a move that streamlines procurement and accelerates deployment for European customers. “In Europe, staff shortages have reached critical levels in multiple markets, straining capacity and limiting patient access,” said Madhu Jahagirdar, RadNet’s head of product and platforms, enterprise imaging. “By enabling certified experts to operate across physical boundaries and multiple modalities, we are helping providers expand capacity and ensure patients can receive timely, high‑quality care regardless of location.”
Vickie Bedel, Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Operations Officer at RadNet, added, “TechLive helps us operate more efficiently every day. With seamless access to technologists, often at a moment’s notice, our teams can respond quickly to changing demand and perform exams across our network of centers.” The CE marking aligns with RadNet’s broader strategy to transform its imaging business into a technology platform, leveraging AI and digital health solutions that grew 51.6% year‑over‑year in Q3 2025.
The regulatory approval is a key milestone that expands RadNet’s addressable market, supports its digital health growth, and positions the company to generate external revenue from European customers while addressing workforce shortages and increasing capacity across its global imaging network.
