Radware announced a new cloud‑based Web DDoS protection service that safeguards encrypted traffic without requiring SSL certificate sharing or traffic decryption. The solution, built on Radware’s EPIC‑AI framework, uses AI‑driven behavioral analysis and machine learning to detect and mitigate layer 7 DDoS attacks in real time while preserving privacy and regulatory compliance.

The launch comes as encrypted traffic now accounts for the majority of web communications, creating a growing market for solutions that can protect data without exposing it to the cloud. By eliminating the need for SSL decryption, the product addresses a key operational and compliance concern for organizations that cannot share certificates or decrypt traffic in the cloud.

Radware’s cloud security portfolio has already seen strong momentum, with cloud annual recurring revenue reaching $95.2 million in Q4 2025, a 23 % year‑over‑year increase. The new offering is expected to add to that growth and reinforce Radware’s competitive moat. The company operates more than 65 cloud security centers worldwide, delivering a combined mitigation capacity of 30 Tbps, which supports localized threat mitigation and compliance requirements.

In a crowded market that includes NetScout, Akamai, Huawei, Fortinet, and Imperva, Radware differentiates itself through its AI‑driven behavioral analysis and its hybrid protection models that avoid the need for SSL decryption. The new service expands the company’s AI‑powered application and data‑center protection capabilities.

"Many organizations want strong Web DDoS protection but are hesitant or unable to share SSL certificates or decrypt traffic in the cloud. This release makes our proven Web DDoS protections available as a cloud service that is designed to eliminate that requirement," said Haim Zelikovsky, vice president of Radware’s cloud security business.
