Roadzen Inc. (NASDAQ: RDZN) announced that its India‑based subsidiary VehicleCare has been selected by one of the country’s largest general insurers to process auto insurance claims across VehicleCare’s nationwide repair network. The contract is expected to generate more than $10 million in annual revenue, representing roughly 20% of Roadzen’s current revenue base of $50.3 million. The announcement was made on April 27, 2026; the contract start date and the insurer’s name have not yet been disclosed.

VehicleCare operates the AutoSpace workshop‑management platform, which powers a network of over 1,200 workshops that have processed more than 150,000 claims and achieved a 30%+ reduction in loss costs compared with OEM garages. Under the new mandate, the insurer will receive end‑to‑end digital visibility into repair status, parts procurement, and completion milestones, while VehicleCare will deliver cashless repair services within guaranteed turnaround times.

The win expands Roadzen’s claims‑intelligence footprint in India and validates the company’s strategy of combining AI‑driven claims automation with a physical repair execution network. "Being selected by one of India’s largest general insurers is a validation of everything VehicleCare has built," said Rohan Malhotra, Founder and CEO of Roadzen.

Arvind Verma, CEO of VehicleCare, added, "This is a landmark win for VehicleCare and a major step forward in our mission to modernize India’s motor claims repair ecosystem. Large insurers need partners who can deliver scale, transparency, quality control, and guaranteed execution across thousands of claims and hundreds of cities." He further noted that the contract demonstrates the platform’s ability to deliver scale and transparency across multiple cities.

The contract adds a significant recurring revenue stream that supports Roadzen’s growth strategy in a fragmented market. It aligns with the company’s recent financial turnaround, including Q4 FY2025 revenue growth and a reduction in net loss, and complements a pipeline exceeding $300 million. The deal underscores Roadzen’s ability to secure large insurer mandates and strengthen its position in India’s motor claims repair ecosystem.

The announcement highlights Roadzen’s continued progress in expanding its AI‑enabled claims platform and physical repair network, reinforcing its competitive advantage in a market where insurers seek partners that can deliver scale, transparency, and cost efficiency.
