Rimini Street announced that it has won a new client in South Korea, adding the fashion and lifestyle conglomerate LF to its portfolio of Oracle database and SAP ECC 6.0 support customers. The deal was disclosed on February 3 2026 and marks a key expansion of Rimini Street’s presence in the Asia‑Pacific region.

LF, founded in 1974, is a leading player in South Korea’s apparel, accessories and food‑and‑beverage markets. The company cited a decline in vendor support quality, rising IT maintenance costs, and a recent data‑center relocation as the primary drivers for moving to a third‑party provider. Rimini Street’s support model promises faster response times and lower total cost of ownership, allowing LF to reallocate savings toward strategic IT initiatives.

The win is part of Rimini Street’s broader strategy to grow its client base in Asia and to showcase the effectiveness of its support services in high‑profile, multinational accounts. The company’s Q4 2024 earnings report showed revenue of $114.21 million and an EPS of $0.09, and it is scheduled to report Q4 2025 results on February 19 2026. The addition of LF is expected to strengthen Rimini Street’s revenue mix and reinforce its growth trajectory in the region.

CIO Dongwon Lee of LF said, “The implementation of Rimini Street has resulted in real and tangible cost savings, freeing us from the burden of current maintenance costs and giving us the opportunity to focus on strategic IT investments. Rimini Street’s support services are of better quality than vendor support and enabled a smooth transition without the need to change resources associated with maintenance. During a challenging project like the data center relocation, Rimini Street’s prompt and professional support ensured stable system operations.”
