Rapid7 announced on March 17, 2026 that it is updating its 2026 PACT Partner Program to include a new Platinum Partner tier, revised deal motions, and improved program economics. The changes are designed to strengthen alignment between Rapid7 and its partner ecosystem and to drive higher partner engagement and revenue generation.
The new Platinum Partner tier is a top‑level designation for partners that demonstrate consistent performance, customer impact, and engagement. Platinum partners receive enhanced benefits such as margin protection, custom demand‑generation programs, sales incentives, performance rebates, and early access to product roadmaps. The tier also introduces a Tech Champion Program, an enablement framework for partner sales engineers that offers early roadmap visibility and technical collaboration.
Rapid7 has restructured the program around two primary deal motions: Deal Registration for partner‑sourced opportunities and Co‑Sell for Rapid7‑sourced opportunities. This simplification reduces ambiguity, streamlines execution, and encourages earlier partner engagement. Program economics have been adjusted to increase partner margins across the board for both deal registration and co‑sell, while also enhancing incumbency protection on renewals.
Suzanne Swanson, VP of Global Channel Partnerships, said, "Partners are central to how we go to market. Our focus is on building tight alignment across engagement models, economics and execution so partners can grow with us and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. The 2026 PACT updates make it simpler and more predictable for partners to build and scale their security practices with Rapid7." Paul Mullen, a Rapid7 Platinum partner, added, "Being recognised as a Rapid7 Platinum Partner is a milestone that reflects the strength of our partnership over the past 8‑plus years. Our relationship with Rapid7 has always been built on more than business performance. It is grounded in a strong cultural alignment, a shared strategic direction, and mutual ambitions for continued growth."
The program update reflects a broader effort to tighten Rapid7’s route‑to‑market as demand grows for managed security services and recurring revenue models. Rapid7 first launched the PACT program in February 2025, and the new enhancements are part of a strategic shift to accelerate channel‑driven sales and expand the company’s footprint. In the same quarter, Rapid7’s earnings rose 2% to $859.8 million from $844 million the year prior, underscoring the company’s solid financial foundation as it invests in partner enablement and recurring service growth.
