Richtech Robotics Inc. (Nasdaq: RR) announced that its fleet of robotic solutions and data services are now available in the Microsoft Marketplace, the cloud‑based store for Azure applications. The move gives Richtech customers direct access to its service‑robot platform and data infrastructure through Microsoft’s trusted Azure cloud, streamlining deployment and management for industrial, hospitality and commercial clients.

The announcement follows Richtech’s earlier partnership with Microsoft’s AI Co‑Innovation Labs and underscores the company’s focus on Robots‑as‑a‑Service (RaaS). By listing its solutions in the Marketplace, Richtech can leverage Azure’s global reach and security framework to accelerate adoption of its Matradee delivery robots, ADAM beverage systems, DUST‑E cleaning units, Titan heavy‑duty AMR, and Dex industrial humanoid robot. The integration also supports Richtech’s data‑services pillar, enabling the company to collect and sell training data from deployed robots to AI partners.

Richtech’s recent financial performance provides context for the strategic move. In Q4 2025 the company reported revenue of $1.44 million and a net loss of $0.02 per share. For fiscal year 2025, net revenue increased 19% to $5.05 million, but the net loss widened to $15.75 million. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 (ended December 31 2025), RaaS revenue rose 31% YoY to $0.30 million, while the GAAP net loss was $8.4 million, largely driven by stock‑based compensation. The Marketplace listing is intended to broaden Richtech’s distribution network and reduce customer onboarding friction, positioning the company to capture a larger share of the growing service‑robot market.

CEO Wayne Huang said, "The availability of our solutions in the Microsoft Marketplace represents a significant step in our global growth. By integrating with the Microsoft ecosystem, we are advancing our objective of expanding our scalable solutions and Robotics‑as‑a‑Service model globally, supported by a trusted cloud infrastructure." Microsoft’s Azure Product Marketing Vice President Cyril Belikoff added, "We're pleased to welcome Richtech Robotics to Microsoft Marketplace, which gives our partners great exposure to cloud customers around the globe. Microsoft Marketplace offers world‑class quality experiences from global trusted partners with solutions tested to work seamlessly with Azure."

The Marketplace listing expands Richtech’s reach beyond its existing commercial, industrial and data‑services pillars, reducing friction for new customers and enabling faster scaling of RaaS contracts. By leveraging Azure’s cloud platform, Richtech can streamline deployment, improve operational efficiency, and enhance data collection for AI training. The move is expected to accelerate revenue growth, support the company’s transition to a recurring‑revenue model, and strengthen its competitive position in the service‑robot market.
