Riskified and Radial announced a partnership that will embed Riskified’s AI‑powered fraud and policy protection platform into Radial’s merchant network, giving Radial’s customers—many of whom use Shopify—access to advanced fraud detection and chargeback protection.
The deal enables Radial’s merchants to approve more legitimate orders while reducing payment‑fraud losses, with Riskified assuming full financial liability for chargebacks on approved transactions. It also extends Riskified’s Policy Protect solution to Radial’s merchants, providing real‑time detection of refund and return abuse, and leverages Riskified’s Dispute Resolve platform to streamline chargeback management and recover revenue more efficiently.
Strategically, the partnership expands Riskified’s reach into Radial’s extensive fulfillment network, offering merchants a comprehensive solution that combines logistics and fraud protection. It aligns with Riskified’s broader strategy to broaden its customer base and deepen integration with key e‑commerce ecosystem partners, and it comes as Radial prepares to rebrand as Paxon later in the year.
