Rezolve AI plc announced that its brainpowa™ commerce‑tuned model suite is now available in Microsoft’s Foundry ecosystem, enabling brands to build and deploy commerce copilots directly on Azure. The integration allows the models to be deployed within private Azure virtual networks, providing governance and compliance for enterprise customers while working seamlessly with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The partnership places Rezolve alongside other foundational AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, giving retailers a specialized, commerce‑focused large‑language model that can understand intent, orchestrate real‑time tool calls, and present products in a brand‑aligned voice. By leveraging Foundry’s “AI app and agent factory” platform, Rezolve can reach a broad enterprise audience and benefit from Microsoft’s security and compliance framework.

Rezolve’s financial backdrop underscores the significance of the partnership. The company reported full‑year 2025 revenue of $46.8 million, up from $2.01 million a year earlier, and a net loss of $101.41 million, an improvement from $173.45 million in 2024. In February 2026, Rezolve raised $200 million to strengthen its balance sheet and announced a 2026 revenue guidance of $360 million, reflecting confidence in its AI‑driven commerce solutions.

Management emphasized the strategic value of the Foundry integration. "The conversational and agentic era of commerce has arrived. AI has learned to converse; now it must learn to convert. brainpowa is trained on real retail interactions to understand intent, ask the right questions and present products in ways that drive measurable commercial outcomes," said CEO Daniel M. Wagner. "AI Foundry was built to bring specialized models to enterprise customers and Rezolve brings a unique set of models trained specifically for commerce on Foundry. Together we're giving brands the power to build their own commerce copilots directly on Azure. This shows how Foundry fuels both innovation and measurable business outcomes," added Jason Graefe, Corporate Vice President, AI Partner Catalyst at Microsoft.

The partnership signals a strategic pivot toward enterprise‑grade AI commerce solutions, positioning Rezolve to capture a growing market for AI‑powered retail assistants. While the company remains unprofitable, the expanded distribution channel and enhanced governance capabilities are expected to accelerate adoption and support future revenue growth.
