EchoStar announced preorders for the Google Pixel 10a at BoostMobile.com, with shipping to retailers on March 5, 2026. The 128‑GB model is priced at $99.99 for new and existing Boost Mobile customers who sign up for the Premium Unlimited Plan.

The launch marks the first new consumer‑device offering under the Boost Mobile brand since the company’s 2025 spectrum divestiture. By adding a low‑cost premium smartphone to its portfolio, EchoStar aims to broaden its customer base and generate incremental revenue in a highly competitive low‑price segment.

The Pixel 10a features a 6.3‑inch display, Tensor G4 processor, 48‑megapixel main camera, 5,100‑mAh battery, and will ship with Android 16. Boost Mobile’s plans start at $25 per month, positioning the device as an affordable premium option for budget‑conscious consumers.

EchoStar’s spectrum divestitures, including sales to AT&T and SpaceX, were part of a larger strategy to reduce debt and shift the company toward spectrum monetization. The new device launch is intended to help offset liquidity pressures and support the company’s transition to a more diversified revenue mix.

Sean Lee, SVP of Consumer Product and Marketing at Boost Mobile, said the launch “continues our mission to make premium technology accessible by removing the financial hurdles often associated with high‑performance devices.” The move is expected to strengthen brand visibility and support customer acquisition in the value‑segment market.
