SKYX Platforms Corp. announced a partnership with OTT Heritage Hospitality to deploy and market SKYX’s ceiling receptacle and related smart‑home technologies across hundreds of hotels and buildings in Europe, marking a significant expansion of the company’s geographic reach and product portfolio.

The deal targets the European hospitality market, which is projected to add 124,000 hotel rooms in 2026 and an additional 250,000 rooms in the development pipeline. SKYX and OTT Heritage Hospitality plan to deploy and market hundreds of thousands of SKYX products, creating long‑term recurring revenue opportunities through monitoring, subscriptions, and AI services.

This partnership positions SKYX to capture a substantial share of the growing smart‑home and safety‑standard market in the hospitality sector, potentially accelerating the company’s transition from a niche reseller to a high‑margin technology platform. The collaboration leverages SKYX’s advanced and smart‑home platform, which the company describes as “advanced‑safe‑smart instantly as the new standard.”

Financially, SKYX reported record annual revenue of $92 million in 2025 and Q4 2025 revenue of $25 million, but the company continues to post a net loss of $33.42 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. The new partnership could generate recurring revenue streams that may help improve profitability over time, though the company remains unprofitable and has not yet achieved cash‑flow positivity.
