SKYX Platforms Corp. announced a strategic partnership with Group OTT, a leading European hotel and real‑estate developer, to install SKYX’s patented smart ceiling receptacle and related products as a brand standard across Group OTT’s existing and future hotel and building assets throughout Europe.
Group OTT has built more than 250 hospitality, residential and commercial properties over 35 years, with a portfolio valued at over $4 billion. The partnership gives SKYX access to a large, high‑profile hotel portfolio and positions its technology as a standard in the European hospitality market.
SKYX’s smart ceiling platform is designed to reduce installation time and cost by up to 90% during renovations and new builds, while improving safety and enabling integrated smart‑home capabilities. The company holds more than 100 U.S. and global patents and has a portfolio of 60 lighting and home‑decor websites that support its product ecosystem.
In its Q4 2025 earnings report released March 26 2026, SKYX reported record quarterly revenue of $25 million, up from $24 million in Q4 2024, and a gross profit of $28 million, a 13% increase from $25 million in 2024, giving a gross profit margin of 30% versus 29% the prior year. The company also raised $29 million in January 2026, strengthening its balance sheet for growth initiatives.
The partnership was well received by investors, reflecting confidence in SKYX’s expansion into the European hospitality sector and the validation of its technology by a prominent developer.
