TD SYNNEX Corporation and Orca Security have entered into a distribution agreement that will make Orca’s AI‑powered cloud security platform available across North America through TD SYNNEX’s extensive partner ecosystem. The deal, announced on April 13 2026, positions Orca as a key security solution for TD SYNNEX’s customers and gives the company a new, high‑growth product line in its cybersecurity portfolio.
The partnership leverages Orca’s patented SideScanning™ technology, which delivers agentless, side‑scanning visibility across multi‑cloud environments, and TD SYNNEX’s established distribution infrastructure. By integrating Orca’s platform, TD SYNNEX can offer its partners streamlined procurement, dedicated credit lines, and specialized regional expertise, while Orca gains localized support and a broader market reach. The agreement is part of TD SYNNEX’s strategy to deepen its focus on cloud, security, data/AI/IoT, and hyperscale infrastructure—segments that now account for 29 % of its Q4 2025 non‑GAAP gross billings.
TD SYNNEX’s Q1 2026 earnings underscored the company’s momentum. The firm reported earnings per share of $4.73, beating the consensus estimate of $3.26 by $1.47, or 45 %. Revenue reached $17.16 billion, surpassing the $15.54 billion estimate by $1.62 billion, or 10 %. The results reflected strong demand in strategic technology segments, operational leverage, and disciplined cost management, all of which reinforce the company’s confidence in its growth trajectory.
