Sportradar Group AG announced on February 9, 2026 that it has entered into a multi‑year agreement with NBC Sports Regional Networks to embed its NBA Advanced Data and GameFrame technology into live NBA broadcasts for the 2025‑26 and 2026‑27 seasons.

The partnership will see Sportradar’s GameFrame platform—an AI‑driven system that converts real‑time player‑tracking data into on‑air graphics, shot charts and animated replays—integrated into hundreds of regional telecasts. The technology provides broadcasters with instant, data‑rich visual overlays that enhance the viewing experience for fans and give on‑air talent new storytelling tools.

Strategically, the deal expands Sportradar’s media distribution footprint and moves the company further into content licensing, a revenue stream that complements its core betting‑data business. By delivering high‑quality, AI‑powered graphics to a U.S. broadcaster with a broad regional reach, Sportradar strengthens its competitive moat and positions itself to capture additional licensing income while deepening its presence in the U.S. market.

NBC Sports Regional Networks are part of NBCUniversal Local and broadcast live MLB, NBA, and NHL games, along with news, analysis and original programming. The networks reach millions of viewers across the country and are available as a Peacock add‑on, giving Sportradar’s technology exposure to a large, engaged audience of sports fans.

Brian Josephs, Vice President of the Americas at Sportradar, said the agreement “builds upon our long‑standing relationship with NBC and reflects how we continue to expand the ways we support their live sports coverage.” Jon Slobotkin, Senior Vice President of Content & Live Programming at NBC Sports Regional Networks, added that GameFrame “offers a new way to add data‑driven insights directly into live coverage, bringing visually stunning stories that resonate with today’s fans.”

The partnership signals Sportradar’s broader strategy of integrating data, media and betting solutions across the sports industry. By monetizing its AI and computer‑vision capabilities beyond betting, the company is poised to generate new revenue streams from content licensing, while the expanded U.S. footprint supports its goal of becoming a leading provider of data‑rich broadcast tools for major sports leagues.
