Stoneridge Names Natalia Noblet CEO as Jim Zizelman Retires

Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Zizelman will retire effective May 20, 2026, and that Natalia Noblet, the current president of Stoneridge Electronics, will succeed him as president and CEO on April 1, 2026, while also joining the board of directors.

Zizelman will remain on the board and will transition into a strategic‑advisor role to support leadership continuity and key stakeholder relationships.

The succession plan aligns with the company’s ongoing transformation following the divestiture of its Control Devices segment and a renewed focus on higher‑margin Electronics and Brazil operations. Noblet’s experience leading the Electronics segment and securing significant new business awards for the MirrorEye platform signals Stoneridge’s intent to accelerate growth in its high‑margin technology portfolio while maintaining stability during the transition.
