S&T Bancorp announced a branch refresh initiative to modernize its physical locations, beginning with its main office at 800 Philadelphia Street in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The first updated branch will feature brighter lighting, open layouts, new flooring, upgraded furniture, and flexible conversation spaces designed to encourage interaction and connection.

The refresh is part of the bank’s people‑forward banking strategy, aimed at strengthening customer relationships and supporting stronger financial outcomes. "How customers engage with their bank continues to evolve," said Jason Forman, chief consumer and business banking officer at S&T Bank. "This refresh reflects how customers bank today, relationship‑driven, personal and grounded in meaningful interaction. The refreshed branches are designed to support stronger customer and financial outcomes."

The initiative will roll out to other branches and select office locations throughout 2026 and beyond, with each site tailored to its community while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel. "Our branches and office locations continue to play an important role in how we serve our customers," said Dave Antolik, president at S&T Bank.

S&T Bancorp’s recent financial performance provides a solid foundation for the investment. The company reported full‑year 2025 net income of $134.2 million and earnings per share of $3.49, with a net interest margin of 3.90%. A $100 million share‑repurchase authorization was announced in January 2026, underscoring the bank’s confidence in its balance sheet.

By investing in modern, relationship‑focused branch designs, S&T Bank seeks to reinforce its local moat and differentiate itself from larger regional competitors that rely heavily on digital platforms. "As we move into 2026, we remain focused on our people‑forward approach and purpose‑driven culture to enable sustainable growth, deliver value to our shareholders and serve our customers and communities with the integrity and commitment that defines S&T," said a company spokesperson.

The refresh also aligns with the bank’s broader strategy of building a resilient, deposit‑centric business model. "We are excited to partner with Elmhurst to create a welcoming environment that allows us to more effectively serve our customers and community and provide an elevated workplace for our colleagues," said Chris McComish, CEO of S&T Bank.
