PowerBank Corporation announced that it has signed two AI‑agent contracts with Intellistake Technologies Corp., with the agreements dated February 4, 2026 and disclosed on February 5, 2026. The contracts cover the build and deployment of the IntelliScope Enterprise Hub, a public‑facing communications agent and an internal business‑intelligence platform that will be integrated into PowerBank’s project‑development workflow.

The IntelliScope platform is designed to ingest geospatial data, evaluate regulatory requirements, assess grant eligibility, and identify optimal site locations for solar and battery‑storage projects. Beta testing began in November 2025, and the first operational rollout for PowerBank will enable automated site assessment, permitting analysis, and grant navigation, thereby shortening development cycles and improving site‑selection accuracy.

Financially, the contracts are valued at approximately C$278,000 for the first year and will be paid through the issuance of 121,723 common shares at $2.29 per share. PowerBank’s Q1 fiscal 2026 gross margin rose to 44.6% from 27% in the prior year quarter, a gain driven by efficient project management and procurement. Revenue for the quarter reached CAD 19.2 million, up 27% year‑over‑year, reflecting strong demand in core segments while offsetting headwinds in legacy products.

Strategically, the AI integration aligns with PowerBank’s goal to scale its 1 GW development pipeline and expand into data‑center and AI‑compute power markets. By embedding AI into its core processes, the company aims to transition to a long‑term asset‑ownership model and maintain a competitive moat in markets such as New York and Ontario, where regulatory expertise and incentive capture are critical.

Dr. Richard Lu, PowerBank’s CEO, said the beta phase “demonstrated how these systems can support clearer and more informed decision‑making across our business.” Jason Dussault, CEO of Intellistake, added that the partnership “has been built through close collaboration, and we’re confident in the systems being delivered into PowerBank’s operating environment.”

The contracts represent a significant operational milestone that could accelerate PowerBank’s development pipeline, improve margin performance, and position the company for growth in emerging data‑center and AI compute markets.
