Toll Brothers announced on February 13 that it will open a new master‑planned community, Evergrove, in Richmond, Texas, a suburb of Houston. The community is slated to open in Fall 2026, with site work already underway.
Evergrove will feature contemporary home designs on spacious sites, with floor plans ranging from 1,880 to over 6,100 square feet. Homes will be priced from the mid‑$400,000s to the mid‑$900,000s. On‑site amenities include a fitness center, pool, fishing pond, and parks, and the development is located near Jones Creek within the highly rated Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
Toll Brothers will offer five collections of modern home designs, and buyers can customize their homes through the company’s Design Studio, which provides a one‑stop shopping experience for finishes and layout options. “We are thrilled to unveil a variety of new home collections coming soon to Evergrove, a new master‑planned community designed to inspire and elevate the lifestyles of our home shoppers. With its exceptional location, modern home designs, and outstanding amenities, Evergrove will offer the best in luxury living,” said Brian Murray, Division President of Toll Brothers in Houston.
The launch of Evergrove expands Toll Brothers’ presence in the Texas market and supports the builder’s goal of increasing its community count while maintaining a pipeline of high‑margin projects in growth markets. The company is also in the process of exiting its multifamily business and is scheduled to report its Q1 2026 earnings on February 17.
Toll Brothers is known for its quality and design, having been named to Fortune Magazine’s World’s Most Admired Companies list multiple times. The Evergrove community reflects the company’s continued focus on luxury homes and strategic expansion into high‑growth markets.
