Toll Brothers has opened its newest luxury development, Emberly, in Alpharetta, Georgia, marking a significant expansion of the builder’s presence in the Atlanta‑area market.

The flagship Antoinette Newhaven model in the Monarch Collection is a single‑family home that spans 3,300 to over 3,500 square feet, offers five bedrooms and up to 5.5 bathrooms, and starts at $1.22 million. The design studio allows buyers to customize finishes and layouts, reinforcing Toll Brothers’ reputation for high‑end craftsmanship.

In addition to the Monarch Collection, Emberly will feature the Mariposa Collection of townhomes that begin at 2,600 square feet and include three to four bedrooms, providing a flexible living experience for buyers who prefer a townhouse lifestyle.

The community sits at 500 Milton Ave. in Fulton County, placing residents within walking distance of downtown Alpharetta, Crabapple, and Milton, and close to top‑rated Fulton County schools such as Milton High School. Toll Brothers highlighted the walkability, nearby parks, and local shopping and dining options as key selling points.

"Emberly is an exciting addition to Alpharetta, offering exceptional home designs and a prime location," said Eric White, Toll Brothers’ Division President in Georgia. “The new Antoinette Newhaven model demonstrates the luxurious finishes, spacious layouts, and personalization options that make Toll Brothers homes truly unique.” The launch aligns with the company’s broader strategy to grow its luxury portfolio in desirable markets, following recent announcements of other communities such as Heardmont Farms in Cumming and Clara Vista at Waterridge in Texas.
