TPG Peppertree was created after TPG’s 2025 acquisition of Peppertree Capital Management, a firm that specializes in wireless communications towers. TPG Inc. reported strong Q4 2025 results on February 5, 2026, with earnings per share of $0.71 versus estimates of $0.66, and fee‑related revenue of $2.1 billion, up 36% year‑over‑year. The firm also raised a record $51 billion in 2025 and projected more than $50 billion in 2026, underscoring the financial capacity that underpins the new investment.
