TTEC Holdings has announced a major expansion of its Cairo operations, adding more than 330 new employees by the end of April 2026. The move will bring the hub’s workforce to over 500 staff who will serve clients in 11 languages, reinforcing Cairo’s role as a key delivery center for the company’s AI‑enabled customer‑experience services.

The expansion follows TTEC’s rapid growth in Egypt since 2023, including the opening of a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Maadi Technology Park in early 2025. Cairo is now described as one of the company’s fastest‑scaling strategic hubs worldwide, and the new hires will support the firm’s multilingual, AI‑driven CX solutions that are central to its global strategy.

"Because we’re in an expansion mode, this means there is ample opportunity for personal career growth in an inclusive and multicultural environment," said Manno Ragab, executive director of TTEC’s Egypt operations. "TTEC is known for developing talent from within, with more than two‑thirds of leadership roles filled internally, offering employees a clear path for career advancement." John Abou, president of TTEC Engage, added that "Egypt has become an essential part of our global delivery network," and that "the strength of Egypt’s multilingual talent, combined with the support we’ve received from ITIDA and the Egyptian government, positions Cairo as a world‑class hub for delivering the future of customer experience."

TTEC’s long‑term plan is to scale the Cairo workforce to over 4,000 employees by 2029, a target outlined in a memorandum of understanding signed with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency in November 2025. The expansion is supported by continued investment in local talent development and the company’s certification as a Great Place to Work for two consecutive years.

The hiring initiative strengthens TTEC’s ability to deliver AI‑driven CX services at scale, leveraging the region’s multilingual talent pool. By expanding its Cairo hub, TTEC positions itself to capture a larger share of the growing global customer‑experience market and reinforces its strategy of building cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery centers worldwide.
