Urban One has renamed its flagship cruise, formerly known as Fantastic Voyage, to the ONE Voyage Experience, marking the 25th anniversary of the event.
The company has also announced a partnership with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). Under the agreement, the cruise will continue its tradition of supporting scholarships for students at historically black colleges and universities, with UNCF receiving and regranting all charitable contributions.
The 2026 sailing will run from October 26 to November 1, 2026, departing from Miami aboard Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady. The itinerary includes stops in Nassau, Bahamas, and the Beach Club at Bimini, and the event will be hosted by comedian Rickey Smiley.
The rebrand and partnership are part of Urban One’s broader strategy to reinforce its cultural relevance and community impact. The cruise has historically been a significant revenue generator for the company’s Reach Media segment, and the new focus on education and philanthropy is intended to deepen audience engagement and support the company’s core mission of serving Black Americans.
The announcement comes amid a period of financial headwinds for Urban One. In Q4 2025, the company reported net revenue of $97.8 million, down 16.5% year‑over‑year, and an operating loss of $54.0 million, compared with an operating loss of $1.9 million in Q4 2024. Adjusted EBITDA fell 41.8% to $15.6 million, reflecting declining advertising revenue across radio, cable, and digital segments.
