Venu Holding Corporation announced on February 23 2026 that the structural framework of a 134,000‑square‑foot canopy roof has been installed at its Sunset Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The roof, which will cover the 12,500‑seat venue, was completed on February 12 2026 and brings the project one step closer to its targeted Fall 2026 opening season.

The amphitheater’s 134,000‑square‑foot canopy roof, wind walls, integrated heating and premium hospitality options such as Luxe FireSuites and the Aikman Club are expected to generate an estimated $4.3 billion in economic impact over the first 20 years of operation. Venu’s financial statements show a net income of –$6.4 million in Q3 2025 and an operating margin of –185.2 % in the same period, reflecting the heavy capital expenditures typical of a company in a development phase. The company’s expansion strategy includes multiple amphitheater projects across the United States, positioning it to capture market share in the live‑entertainment sector while investing in long‑term revenue streams.
