Venu Holding Corporation announced a long‑term partnership with AmpThink, a national leader in venue technology integration, to serve as its Master Technology Integrator for all current and future amphitheater projects, including the Aikman Club and Luxe FireSuites.
Under the agreement, AmpThink will design and deploy large‑format digital displays, immersive video walls, audio‑visual systems, wireless infrastructure, and other technology solutions across Venu’s venues. AmpThink’s track record includes high‑profile projects such as SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park, CPKC Stadium, and CityPark, and the partnership is intended to streamline deployment, reduce redundancies, lower total cost of ownership, and enhance long‑term system performance as Venu expands its national portfolio.
Venu’s expansion plans include four new venues slated to open in 2026—Sunset Amphitheaters in McKinney, Texas and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, plus additional sites in Houston and El Paso. The company’s long‑term goal is to operate 40 venues nationwide by 2030. By partnering with AmpThink, Venu aims to accelerate the rollout of its premium venues, deliver a more immersive fan experience, and maintain a competitive moat in the premium live‑entertainment market.
Financially, Venu reported 2024 revenue of $17.83 million, a 41.57% year‑over‑year increase, but also a loss of $30.34 million, reflecting an operating margin of –153.5%. In 2025, sales from Luxe FireSuites and the Aikman Club exceeded $126 million, and the company recorded its first development profit of $6.2 million in Q4 2025. Management anticipates becoming operationally profitable by the end of 2026, and the new technology partnership is expected to help control costs and improve margins as the venue network expands.
