Volaris Group, the operating arm of Constellation Software, announced the acquisition of Comprose, Inc., a St. Louis‑based provider of policy and procedure management software, on March 18, 2026. The deal adds Comprose’s cloud‑based Zavanta platform to Volaris Group’s portfolio of enterprise technology businesses.
Comprose, founded in 1987, specializes in helping regulated industries manage policy and procedure documentation. Its flagship product, the Zavanta platform, offers guided authoring, review and approval workflows, access controls, attestation, automated testing, quizzes, global translation services, AI‑powered search, and integrations with identity management systems. These capabilities enable organizations to maintain rigorous compliance and auditability across complex regulatory environments.
The acquisition broadens Volaris Group’s reach into regulated markets that demand high levels of compliance and auditability. By adding Comprose, Volaris can serve new customer segments—such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing—while strengthening its long‑term growth prospects. The move complements Volaris’s existing workforce management focus and aligns with Constellation Software’s strategy of acquiring and growing vertical‑market software businesses.
"We’re pleased to welcome Comprose to the Volaris Workforce Management family,” said Chris Gutierrez, General Manager of Centurisk. “The team has built a strong business with a loyal customer base and a platform that plays an important role in regulated environments. We look forward to partnering with the entire Comprose team to support their continued growth and long‑term success." "After 38 years of building Comprose, I felt confident that Volaris Group would be the perfect home, as they would value our people and our culture as much as I do," said Kathy Anton, Founder of Comprose. "Having worked with Comprose since 1999, I’m excited to lead the company into its next chapter with Volaris Group, whose long‑term commitment to people, customers, and strong software businesses allows us to continue growing while maintaining the culture that defines Comprose," said John Lewis, President of Comprose.
Financial terms of the transaction, including the deal value and any associated multiples, were not disclosed. Integration plans and the impact on Volaris Group’s existing portfolio companies remain to be announced. The acquisition is expected to enhance Volris Group’s ability to serve regulated industries and to deepen its workforce management capabilities.
