Vantage Corp announced the creation of Hadō Pte Ltd, a Singapore private‑limited company, to house its IT assets—including the proprietary Opswiz software, dedicated staff, intellectual property, and in‑development projects. The move follows the company’s strategy to unlock value from its technology platform.

The new subsidiary is wholly owned through Vantage (BVI) Corporation, ensuring that the IT business remains under the Vantage umbrella while gaining operational autonomy. By separating the IT unit, Vantage can pursue external funding, partnerships, and a potential spin‑off or sale of Opswiz without diluting its core shipbroking operations.

CEO Andre D'Rozario said the reorganization is intended to accelerate Opswiz’s development, growth, and eventual commercialization. The company believes that focused resources, specialized talent, and dedicated capital will enable the platform to scale faster and capture new revenue streams in the maritime technology market.

While the announcement does not include financial results, the restructuring signals Vantage’s commitment to diversifying its revenue mix and reducing reliance on traditional shipbroking. The move positions the company to capitalize on growing demand for digital solutions in the shipping industry, potentially creating a new high‑margin business line.

The reorganization also clarifies the financial reporting of the IT business, allowing investors to assess its performance separately from the core shipbroking segment. This transparency is expected to aid future valuation and investment decisions regarding the Opswiz platform.
