Vuzix Corporation announced a reseller agreement with Movora, a global veterinary med‑tech company, to distribute its M400 smart glasses across a North American network of veterinary professionals.
The deal includes an initial stocking order for the M400, positioning the lightweight, prescription‑compatible AR glasses for surgical documentation, live training, and remote support in veterinary operating rooms and field settings.
Vuzix’s Q4 2025 results showed revenue of $2.2 million, up 76% year‑over‑year, but a net loss of $0.12 per share, missing analyst expectations of –$0.09. The full‑year 2025 revenue was $6.3 million, a 9% increase from 2024, while the company posted a net loss of $32.3 million, underscoring ongoing profitability challenges despite revenue growth.
The Movora partnership signals a strategic shift for Vuzix toward OEM and waveguide‑based solutions and expands its customer base beyond industrial and defense markets. By entering the veterinary sector, Vuzix gains a new revenue stream and demonstrates the versatility of its M400 glasses in specialized professional settings.
"Vuzix smart glasses are an ideal tool to support our mission of delivering advanced orthopedic solutions alongside best‑in‑class service, education, and training. Surgeons can document procedures, share clinical insights, and conduct live, over‑the‑shoulder training sessions, while also improving communication and engagement beyond the operating room. We see this technology as an important step in enhancing outcomes and supporting the continued growth of our veterinary customers," said Christopher Lutter, President of Movora North America. "Remote medical support is another cornerstone use case for Vuzix smart glasses. The performance and durability of our M400 smart glasses make them ideally suited for use in both operating rooms and field settings, and we look forward to working with Movora as they bring our solutions to veterinarians worldwide," added Paul Travers, President and CEO of Vuzix.
