VisionWave Holdings, Inc. completed the transfer of three intellectual‑property portfolios from Boca Jom Ltd. into its VisionWave–Boca Jom joint venture on January 28, 2026, and announced the transaction on January 29, 2026.
The transferred portfolios include the advanced electronic‑design‑automation tools AstraDRC™, VerityLVS™, and RelianceRV™, which provide the joint venture with a robust suite of design‑verification and layout‑validation capabilities.
In addition to the IP transfer, VisionWave assembled a dedicated team of RF engineers, antenna designers, radar specialists, and signal‑processing experts. The team will define system architecture, develop methodologies, and advance a proof‑of‑concept for the VisionRF “seeing‑through‑walls” system, a real‑time RF imaging platform for defense and civil applications.
This transition moves VisionWave from platform formation to active execution, giving the company a concrete technical foundation and a skilled workforce to accelerate the VisionRF platform toward commercial readiness. The IP transfer strengthens the joint venture’s technology base, while the RF team positions VisionWave to capture growing defense and civil RF imaging markets, which are projected to expand significantly in the coming years.
Dr. Danny Rittman, Chief Technology Officer, said the transfer and team assembly “move us from abstract concepts to complete architectures, defined algorithms, and execution roadmaps, enabling decisive progress toward functional systems and commercial readiness.”
Investors reacted positively, citing the IP transfer and strengthened technical capabilities as key drivers of confidence in VisionWave’s ability to advance its VisionRF platform.
