Workday announced a new partnership with Jade Global, a global provider of digital transformation services, on April 30, 2026. The agreement designates Jade Global as a Workday deployment partner, giving the company a stronger foothold in manufacturing, high‑tech, healthcare, and retail sectors.

The partnership builds on Workday’s strategy to deepen its ecosystem and accelerate AI adoption. Jade Global brings more than 80 Workday‑certified associates and a portfolio of 150+ HCM projects, specializing in managed services, integration development, automated testing, and release management. The firm claims cost savings of up to 30‑40% on effort and 20‑30% on managed services, positioning it to help Workday customers realize faster, smarter, and scaled deployments.

Workday’s Q4 FY2026 results—total revenue of $9.552 billion, up 13.1% from the prior year, and subscription revenue of $8.833 billion, up 14.5%—underscore the company’s robust growth. Yet Workday has issued a cautious outlook for FY2027 subscription revenue growth of 12‑13%, citing economic uncertainty and competitive pressure. The new partnership is intended to reinforce Workday’s competitive position and support continued subscription expansion in high‑growth verticals.

Karan Yaramada, CEO of Jade Global, said, “Organizations today are under increasing pressure to modernize their finance and HR operations while adopting AI,” and added, “By partnering with Workday, we are bringing our AI‑led, cloud‑first transformation approach to organizations looking to unlock the power of unified systems, data‑driven insights, and agile processes. Our global delivery footprint and domain depth mean we’re perfectly placed to help clients realize the full value of Workday, faster, smarter, and at scale.”

Matt Brandt, SVP, Global Partners at Workday, commented, “There is tremendous opportunity to advance the way we collaborate with partners to bolster a more innovative and connected Workday ecosystem.”

The partnership is expected to enhance Workday’s deployment capabilities, reduce time‑to‑value for clients, and strengthen its AI‑driven platform, thereby supporting the company’s long‑term growth strategy in key verticals.
