Wetour Robotics (NASDAQ: WETO) will host a product launch event on May 28, 2026, in Austin, Texas, to publicly debut its Orchestra Physical AI operating system. The event will showcase the company’s new platform, which aims to unify wearable sensors and connected devices through a device‑agnostic, real‑time command interface.
Orchestra is described as a device‑agnostic operating system that brings together VisionLink, a computer‑vision module, and Conductor, an sEMG‑based neural gesture‑recognition module, on a single edge AI hub. The platform’s core concept, “Spatial Intent Fusion,” enables wearables on a user’s body and devices in the surrounding environment to speak the same language, creating a unified perception layer for the Physical AI era.
Wetour Robotics has been transitioning from its legacy travel services to a focus on Physical AI infrastructure. For the six months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a 45.0% decline in revenue to RMB 9.6 million ($1.37 million) and a widened net loss of RMB 11.4 million ($1.63 million). Cash and equivalents stood at RMB 0.7 million ($0.10 million) against borrowings of RMB 21.7 million. In March 2026, the company completed a PIPE financing that raised $5.16 million, underscoring the liquidity pressure that accompanies its R&D investment in Orchestra.
CEO Nan Zheng said, “For a decade, every new wearable and every new connected device has made the world more intelligent and the user more confused. Orchestra is our answer. On May 28, we will present a demonstration of our approach that enables wearables on your body and the devices in your environment speaking the same language. We view this approach not as a new product category, but as a new application layer for the Physical AI era, and we call it Spatial Intent Fusion.” He added, “With VisionLink and Conductor now generating real‑time signals on the same edge hub, we are building the unified perception layer the Physical AI era requires — not a single feature, but the integration that makes the entire category usable. We call this capability Spatial Intent Fusion, and it is the foundation of what we will debut on the product launch day.” Earlier, he noted, “Before Orchestra, your wearables and the machines around you lived in separate worlds. Smart, but alone.”
The launch event marks a key milestone in Wetour Robotics’ pivot, but the company’s financial position remains tight. The revenue contraction and widening loss in the legacy travel business highlight the urgency of monetizing Orchestra. While the product launch will demonstrate technical feasibility, commercial availability, pricing, and revenue targets remain undisclosed, leaving investors to assess the platform’s potential to offset the company’s current financial headwinds.
