Enterprise Solutions, founded in 2003 and based in Nashville, Tennessee, specializes in designing, engineering, prefabricating, and installing electrical infrastructure for commercial and institutional sectors. The company was acquired by White Mountains Partners in April 2025 as the firm’s inaugural platform company, positioning it to pursue bolt‑on acquisitions and geographic expansion in the Southwest.
Hawkeye Electric, founded in 1999, provides design, construction, remodeling, and maintenance services for commercial and institutional properties. The firm transitioned to a 100 % employee‑stock‑ownership plan in 2019 and will continue to operate under its existing brand with its leadership team retained after the closing.
The acquisition extends Enterprise Solutions’ reach into Arizona, a fast‑growing market for specialty electrical services, and is intended to create operational synergies.
