Yext announced a strategic partnership with AdCellerant, a Denver‑based digital advertising technology firm, to broaden its brand visibility services. The alliance combines Yext’s unified digital presence platform with AdCellerant’s expertise in search, social, and programmatic media, creating an end‑to‑end solution that helps organizations manage accurate, consistent information while activating paid campaigns across search, maps, apps, AI interfaces, and paid media environments.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship that began in 2022 and deepens collaboration by providing customers with a dedicated team of certified experts. The team will offer training, strategic guidance, and ongoing coaching to help clients maximize the value of Yext’s platform and integrate paid media capabilities into their digital presence strategy.

Yext’s Q4 fiscal year 2025 revenue was $113.1 million, up 12% year‑over‑year, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 22%. In Q3 fiscal year 2026 revenue was $112.0 million, a 2% decline year‑over‑year, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 24%. The partnership is expected to open new revenue streams and enhance customer adoption, although the financial terms remain undisclosed.

"Our results for the quarter highlight the significant strides we've made in expanding the Yext platform while delivering double‑digit revenue growth and record Adjusted EBITDA. We're excited about the opportunities ahead and well positioned to meet the complexities resulting from the evolving search landscape and the rise of AI. Our efforts are focused on empowering organizations to adapt and thrive during this period of digital transformation, and our strategic investments set us on a path for long‑term growth and success," said Mike Walrath, Yext Chairman and CEO.

"Technology alone isn't enough. Brands need a partner who can help operationalize it. Our collaboration with Yext ensures customers receive both powerful digital presence technology and the hands‑on guidance required to translate that into measurable growth," said Brock Berry, CEO and Co‑Founder of AdCellerant.

"Expanding our trusted partnership with AdCellerant allows us to extend hands‑on expertise and flexible support models, helping more organizations get maximum value from the Yext platform, accelerate adoption, and scale their brand visibility with confidence," said Chad Arango, Senior Director, Global Partnerships at Yext.

The partnership signals Yext’s shift beyond listings management into paid media enablement, positioning the company to capture a larger share of digital marketing spend and strengthen its competitive position in the evolving search and AI landscape.
