Yext Deepens Partnership with Popmenu, Adding Real‑Time Menu Sync and Unified Review Management Across 70+ Platforms

Yext and Popmenu have expanded their partnership to include an automated menu‑sync feature that keeps restaurant menus up‑to‑date in real time across more than 70 third‑party platforms, including Yelp, OpenTable and Facebook.

The new feature eliminates manual menu updates, ensuring that every digital storefront displays the same, current information and reducing the risk of customer confusion or lost sales due to outdated menus.

Review management is also enhanced: operators can view and respond to all reviews from a single Popmenu dashboard. Yext’s Knowledge Graph powers AI‑generated, brand‑consistent responses to positive reviews, while allowing restaurants to address negative feedback instantly.

This expansion builds on a 2025 integration that already enabled listing updates on multiple platforms. The added menu‑sync and advanced review tools give restaurants a unified view of their digital presence and streamline reputation management, a priority for 87% of U.S. restaurant operators in 2026.

Yext’s Q1 FY2026 results—$109.5 million in revenue, up 14% year‑over‑year, and a non‑GAAP EPS of $0.13—demonstrate strong financial health that supports strategic partnerships. Popmenu, a Series C company with $87 million in funding, serves over 10,000 independent restaurants and competes with Toast, Olo and Odeko.

By combining Yext’s AI‑driven Knowledge Graph with Popmenu’s restaurant‑technology stack, the collaboration offers a comprehensive solution that improves menu accuracy, streamlines review responses, and ultimately enhances customer experience and revenue.
