CLEAR reinforced its role as a trusted, full-service Identity Assurance Level 2 (IAL2)/Authenticator Assurance Level 2 (AAL2) identity layer for healthcare ecosystems.
The company joined government, healthcare, and technology leaders at the White House to support the launch of this national collaboration. CLEAR’s reusable identity platform for healthcare, CLEAR1, is already enabling transformation across leading platforms and health systems, including Epic, Surescripts, and Wellstar.
This initiative aims to make health data more accessible, interoperable, and actionable, empowering patients and reducing provider burden. CLEAR1 is a NIST IAL2/AAL2-compliant solution, providing a reusable, privacy-centric credential for various care journey services, with over 60 companies pledging to advance tools for this ecosystem.
