YY Circle Thailand, the Thailand subsidiary of YY Group Holding Limited, entered into a one‑year manpower outsourcing agreement with The Landmark Bangkok, a five‑star luxury hotel located in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area. The contract, announced on March 13, 2026, adds a high‑profile client to YY Group’s growing portfolio of premium hospitality partners.

The deal is a strategic win that expands YY Group’s footprint in Thailand and is expected to improve the company’s revenue outlook for FY 2026. YY Group’s preliminary unaudited FY 2025 results project revenue of $57 million to $58 million, representing a 39 % to 41 % year‑over‑year increase from FY 2024 revenue of $41.1 million. Gross margin is projected to rise to 13.2 %–13.8 % from 12.79 % in FY 2024, while the company’s FY 2026 revenue guidance exceeds $103 million.

"Winning The Landmark Bangkok represents another important step in our Thailand growth story. Each new partnership with a world‑class hotel property strengthens our operational footprint, deepens our talent pool, and moves us closer to reaching the operational density needed to achieve scale in the Thai market," CEO Mike Fu said. "Thailand represents one of the most compelling hospitality workforce opportunities in Southeast Asia, and our continued investment in regional capacity and operational infrastructure is enabling us to capture these opportunities at an accelerating pace. We are confident that YY Circle Thailand will continue to build the operational presence needed to make Thailand a major market for YY Group, and we see significant runway ahead."

Since joining YY Group in June 2025, YY Circle Thailand has rapidly expanded its client base, adding prominent hotel brands such as Central Group, CP All, Shangri‑La, Banyan Tree, Hyatt, Sheraton, and JW Marriott. The Landmark Bangkok contract further solidifies the subsidiary’s position as a leading provider of workforce solutions in Thailand’s luxury hospitality sector.

The agreement reflects a broader industry trend toward outsourcing manpower services in hospitality, allowing hotels to focus on core operations while benefiting from YY Group’s technology‑driven platform and IoT‑enabled workforce management. The contract is expected to enhance YY Group’s operational efficiency and workforce utilization in Bangkok, contributing to the company’s goal of making Thailand a major revenue contributor in Southeast Asia.
