ZenaTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZENA) announced the opening of new offices in Seoul, South Korea, and London, United Kingdom, extending its international presence in the APAC and EMEA regions. The Seoul location will serve as a second strategic hub for the APAC market, hosting operations, business development, marketing and corporate development teams that support the company’s ZenaDrone and Drone‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) businesses.

The London office will house ZenaTech’s workplace software SaaS subsidiary, Othership, and the company’s EMEA operations teams. Othership was acquired in Q1 2025 and provides cloud‑based collaboration tools that complement ZenaTech’s autonomous drone platform. The London hub will give the company direct access to global enterprises and government stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

By establishing on‑the‑ground teams in these key markets, ZenaTech aims to accelerate entry into commercial, government and defense markets and scale its autonomous AI drone solutions across important international regions. The expansion is intended to strengthen local market penetration, deepen customer engagement and drive execution closer to end users, positioning the company for accelerated revenue growth in high‑potential regions.

CEO Shaun Passley said the expansion “is a core pillar of our long‑term growth strategy” and that the new offices will “position us for accelerated entry into commercial, government and defense markets and scale our autonomous AI drone solutions across important international regions.” The move also complements ZenaTech’s existing manufacturing facility in Taiwan and its EMEA headquarters in Dublin, creating a more integrated global network.

ZenaTech’s recent growth underpins the expansion. In Q1 2025 the company reported a 92% year‑over‑year revenue increase to $1.13 million, driven by acquisitions and organic growth. The company’s market capitalization was $118.54 million as of April 21 2026, reflecting investor confidence in its diversified portfolio of AI drones, DaaS, enterprise SaaS and quantum computing solutions. The new offices are part of a broader strategy to capture emerging opportunities in defense, commercial agriculture and industrial inspection markets worldwide.
