American Express, Resy, and Chef’s Table announced a partnership that will bring exclusive dining experiences to card members, combining Resy’s reservation technology with Chef’s Table’s curated content and Amex’s closed‑loop payment system to streamline transactions and provide data insights for personalized offers.

The collaboration will launch a series of events, including the “On Set with Chef’s Table” dinner series scheduled for June 2 in New York, June 9 in Los Angeles, and June 10 in San Francisco, followed by the Chef’s Table Festival from August 13 to 16.

The partnership leverages Resy’s reservation platform and Chef’s Table’s storytelling to deepen member engagement, while Amex’s closed‑loop network will enable streamlined payments and richer data collection that can be used to tailor future offers.

American Express has positioned dining as a key growth area, noting that its ecosystem has already driven a 20 % increase in U.S. consumer spending on restaurants. The new partnership is expected to generate additional fee revenue from premium dining experiences, though specific financial targets have not been disclosed.

By offering curated, story‑driven events, the partnership differentiates Amex from other premium card issuers that rely on standard dining benefits. The initiative aligns with Amex’s broader strategy of expanding its dining portfolio, which includes the Resy Credit for Platinum Card members.

"Partnering with American Express brings our chefs' artistry to the forefront and launches a new chapter in the 'Chef's Table' story," said Justin Connor, president of Chef's Table Projects. "It speaks to our shared commitment to elevating the future of dining and allows us to take a bold next step in translating the soul of our series into immersive, real‑world experiences. We're excited to use Resy to connect restaurants and diners with renowned global culinary visionaries." "The best dining experiences are about connection: between diners and chefs as well as story and cuisine," said Pablo Rivero, CEO of Resy and SVP of American Express Global Dining. "Guests want to understand the story behind their meal and to feel connected to the people creating it. Our partnership with Chef's Table lets us bring that to life in a new way." "We're thrilled to partner with Resy and Chef's Table to bring the stories and experiences featured on the show to life in new and innovative ways for our Card Members," said Stephen J. Squeri, Chairman and CEO of American Express. "This partnership allows us to extend the Chef's Table experience beyond the screen and into real‑world dining moments that our fans will love," said David Gelb, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Supper Club.
